HELP ON TOPIC OPTIONS
This prompt allows you to control the presentation of and access to topics in
this topic message section. The following commands are available to you:
<S>how
Instructs the system to show the topics available in this section
by their topic path. You can show all topics, only those which
you have joined, or only those which you have not joined. The
system will prompt you for which method you want when you select
the <S>how command.
<J>oin
Allows you to join one or more topics. When you select this
command, you must enter the topic path or number. If you choose
to join the topic by number, you can obtain the number from the
<S>how, <O>thers command (the list of those topics you have not
yet joined). If the topic you select has sub-topics under it,
you will have to option of joining those sub-topics as well at
the same time.
Once joined, a topic is then available to you for reading and
writing messages.
<R>esign
Allows you to resign one or more topics. When you select this
command, you must enter the topic path or number. If you choose
to resign the topic by number, you can obtain the number from the
<S>how, <J>oined command (the list of those topics you have
joined previously). If the topic you select has sub-topics
under it, you will have the option of resigning from those
sub-topics as well at the same time.
Once resigned, a topic is NO LONGER available to you for reading
and writing messages.
